Position Summary

The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating loans, managing borrower relationships, and guiding applicants through the lending process from application to closing. This role supports a high-efficiency digital lending platform and requires strength in sales execution, customer engagement, and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate new loan opportunities through self-sourcing and inbound channels
• Guide borrowers through the application and approval process
• Manage loan pipeline from application through closing
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient processing and underwriting alignment

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in loan origination or mortgage lending
• Strong sales and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
• Knowledge of lending processes and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within fintech or digital lending environments
• Familiarity with AI-enabled or automated workflows
