Title: After Sales Coordinator

Employment Type: 6-month contract

Compensation Range: $30 - $35 per hour

Location: Santa Monica, CA

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Summary

The After Sales Coordinator provides operational and customer support to distributor partners, internal business units, and logistics service providers. This role manages service inquiries, ticket resolution, inventory-related support, and process improvement initiatives to ensure timely and accurate after-sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve distributor inquiries related to equipment service, disposals, branding projects, products, claims, and customer concerns

- Initiate transportation tracking and tracing activities as required

- Investigate and resolve logistics issues using root cause analysis and operational data

- Monitor, update, and manage service tickets within Zendesk

- Coordinate with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely ticket resolution

- Maintain distributor customer master data within operational systems

- Ensure all service tickets are accurately entered and maintained

- Communicate standard operating procedures to distributors and service providers

- Provide recommendations to improve customer service processes

- Support logistics transfers, physical inventory counts, and audit activities as needed

- Maintain documentation related to logistics policies and procedures

- Perform additional operational tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

- 0 to 1 plus years of experience in customer service or logistics-related roles

- Strong customer service orientation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Basic analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field

- Familiarity with logistics functions within SAP or comparable ERP systems

- Bilingual language proficiency
