Position Summary
The Execution & Content Operations Specialist supports national and key account execution by managing communication workflows, content accuracy, execution tools, and distributor-facing operations. This role ensures field-facing materials, platforms, and data are accurate, accessible, and aligned to enable strong execution across sales, category, distributor, and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Collect and compile monthly Key Account execution communications to support national and priority accounts
· Ensure completeness through proactive outreach when required communications are missing
· Adapt execution content into presentation-ready formats for internal field platforms
· Track communication completion and publish finalized materials across internal platforms
· Conduct user testing for content updates and ensure accessibility across distributor-facing tools
· Maintain content accuracy, governance, and archival processes within centralized systems
· Track and analyze engagement metrics across execution tools, content platforms, and digital assets
· Maintain distributor communication lists and ensure data alignment across internal systems
· Administer SKU accuracy, execution tools, and system updates to support field readiness
· Support planogram enhancements and maintain execution system parameters
· Review and resolve execution and audit disputes through compliance platforms
· Deliver reporting on dispute trends and maintain training materials for audit agencies
· Monitor shared inboxes and route operational issues appropriately
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and support ad hoc operational requests
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, content operations, or commercial support
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
· Experience working with data, reporting, or engagement metrics
· Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience within CPG, DSD, or distributor environments
· Familiarity with execution tools, SKU management, or planogram processes
· Exposure to content management systems and distributor communication platforms
