Title: Execution & Content Operations Specialist
Employment Type: Six-month contract
Compensation Range: $35 – $40 per hour
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Position Summary
The Execution & Content Operations Specialist supports national and key account execution by managing communication workflows, content accuracy, execution tools, and distributor-facing operations. This role ensures field-facing materials, platforms, and data are accurate, accessible, and aligned, enabling strong execution across sales, category, distributor, and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Collect and compile monthly key account execution communications to support national and priority accounts
· Ensure completeness of communications through proactive outreach when required materials are missing
· Adapt execution content into presentation-ready formats for internal field platforms and digital displays
· Track communication completion and compliance, publishing finalized materials across internal communication and document management platforms
· Conduct monthly user testing for execution guides and new content updates
· Ensure all activation call and field-platform links are accessible to third-party distributors
· Maintain content accuracy, usability, governance, and archival standards across field-facing tools
· Track live attendance and engagement metrics across execution decks, video platforms, field tools, and incentive calculators
· Provide high-level insights to support content optimization and improved field execution
· Maintain distributor communication lists and contact directories across marketing and operational systems
· Reconcile distributor contact data with internal reporting systems to ensure cross-platform alignment
· Maintain SKU accuracy across execution tools, including images, descriptions, exclusivity, and access controls
· Submit and manage system update requests and review execution plans for anomalies prior to finalization
· Support planogram enhancements for top key accounts
· Maintain SKU parameters across execution, audit, and compliance systems
· Review and resolve distributor execution and audit disputes through internal compliance platforms
· Deliver monthly reporting on dispute trends and resolutions
· Update and distribute audit agency training materials on a recurring basis
· Monitor shared execution inboxes and route issues to appropriate teams
· Identify continuous improvement opportunities across execution tools and calculators
· Analyze incentive engagement trends, including submission quality and acceptance rates
· Support ad hoc leadership requests related to execution mechanics, pricing scenarios, and field readiness
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
· 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, execution, content operations, or commercial support functions
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows and systems simultaneously
· Comfort reviewing engagement data and identifying actionable trends
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience within consumer packaged goods, direct store delivery, or distributor-supported environments
· Familiarity with execution platforms, document management systems, and compliance or audit tools
